SUMMARY
Position
will work directly with both the Treasury Team and the Corporate Accounting
Team. For the Treasury Team, collaboratively reconcile daily bank activity,
ensuring accuracy of information, and assisting with various treasury tasks and
projects. For the Corporate Accounting
Team, accurately perform month end reconciliations and timely prepare necessary
adjusting journal entries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile
daily bank activity using Oracle Cash Management (OCM), including working
closely with Finance teams to investigate any un-reconciled items timely
and efficiently.
- Ensure
correct and timely recording of daily receipts for lockbox, card payment and
Desktop Deposit.
- Track
monthly bank fees and escalate variances to management as necessary.
- Process
all invoices received for the AICPA Insurance Trusts and file them
electronically.
- Perform
month end reconciliations for the Corporate Accounting team and complete
any necessary journal entry adjustments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 0-3 years relevant experience
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
preferred or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED
- Knowledge of Oracle a plus
- 1-2 years of related accounting experience
