SUMMARY      

Oversees the setup and production of online learning events and conference rebroadcasts.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Plan web events and programs; ensure appropriate subject matter is gathered, vetted and incorporated into program material and events.

·         Oversee and execute on the production life cycle for assigned web events, including planning, production and post-production activities.

·         Setup and manage the event elements on the webcast platform

·         Develop and manage short and long term event project plans; manage and coordinate logistics for event production and post-event activities.

·         Direct and coordinate team members, marketing efforts and ensure appropriate technology needs are met to ensure projects are completed according to plan and schedule.

·         Work with internal business partners to schedule and produce individual webcasts.

·         Train and assist presenters and subject matter experts prior to and during the events and monitor delivery of events for technical issues.  Provide technical assistance to presenters and attendees as needed during events.

·         Conduct post-event debriefs; resolve issues and problems, when necessary.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         None

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

·         Experience in program development and production

·         Highly organized

·         Quick learner of new technology/tools

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·         1-2 years project management experience

 

EDUCATION REQUIRED

·         Undergraduate degree

 

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED

·         Project management skills

·         Customer service experience
