Associate Manager - Proposal Writing

Working together with proposal design and collaborating with the broader Business Development team, will develop relevant, accurate, persuasive, brand compliant, RFP ready materials. The role will review and edit previously written content where necessary and work with other sales team members to produce written proposals and presentation collateral often under tight deadlines. .
What you’ll do:
* Completes writing assignments including:
* Supports storyboarding sessions
* Writes/edits pitch decks, presentations and other documents tailored to our clients to help close deals faster
* Completes competitive bids/proposals within the deadline and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Completes prequalification questionnaires and expression of interest documents.
* Formats and edits case studies
* Proofreads final documents
* Guides the team in persuasive writing and proposal best practice. .
Who you are:
* A high attention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability
* Excellent literacy skills, with an extensive vocabulary
* Deadline driven with effective time management skills
* Thrives in a busy environment, working on multi projects/priorities
* Strong relationship building, interpersonal, customer service and collaboration skills.
* Excellent communication skills and professional approach.
* Strong project management skills.
Required experience
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
* 4-6 years professional writing experience
* Experience writing for a global audience
* Relevant experience in writing bids or other sales collateral for high growth organisations
* Prior experience with an organization selling learning or advertising
