Associate Advisor - Member Service (temporary)
SUMMARY
Entry level/trainee role in advising and responding to member inquiries and needs specific to membership, continuing education, products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficiency in MS office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Solid communication skills
· Ability to navigate files located at various company network locations such as the intranet, internet, and internal network drives
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to multi-task
· Excellent customer service skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Complete new hire training program and develop proficiency in servicing the membership, including learning department processes and AICPA membership, products and services.
· Develop an understanding of the accounting profession, the CPA exam, licensure and continuing education requirements.
· Learn the basic skills and standards for delivering an exceptional member service (i.e. Wow experience).
· Learn and develop proficiency in the SCO systems.
· Provide customer service to members across phone and processing channels on order processing, account maintenance and membership.
· Update the system with relevant information/transactions related to each customer contact.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
